As a rental customer you will join a select club of restaurants, cafés and public houses that enjoy the following benefits:
Pre-Install Check
Before we install your lovely machine package we will come and do a pre-install check. This makes sure that all is ready for when we install your coffee machine to ensure you will be up and running within two hours. We not only deliver and install your espresso machine, we supply a superb coffee grinder, carbon water filter, knock out drawer and an advertising swing sign.
Regular Servicing
Regular periodic servicing of your coffee machine is paramount to ensure that you are always making coffee but also, crucially, some parts need to be exchanged just to make sure that that coffee is being extracted, every time. No need to ring us - with our recently installed system, we will monitor your set up and ring you when the time arrives.
Convenient Direct Debit System
We set up a Direct Debit for you so there is no worrying about keeping your account up to date. Your rental will be paid on the first of the month. We can set up an optional secondary Direct Debit for any product that you have. This one is payable on the 20th of the following month giving you a whole month to turn that product into money before you have to pay for it.
No Long Tied-in Contracts
We ask you to keep the equipment for the initial 3 months. After which, if you wish to cancel at any point all we ask is for one month's notice.
Free Loan Filter Machine - All you pay for is the coffee
Filter machines can be of huge benefit to your business if you have specific flash points throughout the day. These stylish machines enable you to pour 12 cups of great coffee very quickly. Alternatively, if you are an office-based company and you like to have great quality coffee available throughout the day for your staff, a filter machine is ideal.
Full and Ongoing Barista Training
You will be appointed a representative who will be your ongoing point of contact and also your trainer. As part of the installation service you will be given full and ongoing Barista training either on site once your machine has been installed, or in one of our dedicated demonstration rooms. As part of your training we will advise you and your team how to clean and maintain your coffee machine, whichever variety. Cleanliness is essential as you will never make great coffee through a dirty espresso machine.
Same Day Engineer Call Out and Telephone Support
We operate a guaranteed next working day breakdown service (and often on the day itself!). We respond to your needs both quickly and efficiently - we don't make promises that logistically we cannot keep, which is why we have a clearly defined service area. In the unlikely event a repair cannot be performed we'll exchange your machine to keep that coffee flowing and most importantly keep your coffee business liquid!
